We live in a broken, messy world, don’t we?

It’s easy to get battered and bruised in such a world. Sometimes our wounds come as a result our own poor choices, and sometimes they’re inflicted on us by other people…usually people who bear their own scars.

Melanie Singleton, blogger at Running to the Father, shares hope with broken people from the perspective of one who’s been broken.

And she can do that because she’s not broken anymore. She brought her broken pieces to the One who says, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be healed from your suffering” (Mark 5:34).

Now her life is a beautiful display of the glory of God, and she’s showing Him off far and wide…

and right in her own home.

Melanie’s post, Our Brokenness, is uplifting and convicting in that honest kind of way that will leave you with a fresh perspective and a heart of praise for our Heavenly Father…

the Healer of the broken.
